Unikollect Returns Policy (UK)

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new, original, and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty or misdescribed.

Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If you cancel your order, you are entitled to a full refund, including the original shipping cost. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

When exercising your right to cancel, you may inspect the items to the same extent you would in a physical store. However, please avoid using the items beyond this, as you may be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling or use. Return and Exchange Process

To return or exchange your item(s), please email us with your reason for the request. We will review your request and send you a case number along with a Return/Exchange form once authorized. Please ensure you include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form to avoid processing delays.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days, refunding the original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you request an exchange, the shipping fee for the new item will be waived.
