We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: £4
  • Express Shipping: £6
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £20

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 2-4 business days

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@unikollect.com. We will work with the courier to locate your package and resolve any issues. However, Unikollect is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other external factors.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
